I was on a road trip from Bradenton to Stuart and a valve stem broke at the base. Fortunately the GPS on my Goldwing showed that ARS was just a short distance from me and I nursed the bike there. I wasn't there 5 minutes and I had to get something from the bike. When I went into the back a tech had dropped what he was doing and was already onto my bike. This is an example of the true biker spirit in getting me back on the road as quickly as possible. Thanks guys a job well done and truly appreciated.

Best place to purchase or trade up . Traded up from a Yamaha FZ8 to a Yamaha FJ09 . Made the deal over the phone before driving over . I live in Pompano Beach and was looking for a 2017 Honda foreman 4x4. I got some quotes locally and decided to check ARS Powersports. They were about $1500.00 less than the dealerships in Broward County. I was a little leery, but decided to make the 90 mile drive. I am so glad I did. Not only did they sell me a ATV, but they also installed some really nice wheels and tires that they took off of an ATV in their showroom because those are the ones I wanted to purchase. A buddy & I recently bought property in river ranch & were looking for one or possibly 2 new Honda ATVs. After talking to 4 other guys at different dealerships who either didn't have what we were looking for in stock, tried to sell us a specific unit because it was what they had or needed to move as opposed to what we wanted, or simply wouldn't call me back, I called ARS & spoke to May-Lynn, their sales manager.Unlike the 4 "guys" I spoke to, she actually asked me questions about what I was buying the ATV for, how I would use it, where I would be riding it, etc.. She seemed more knowledgeable & genuinely interested in my choosing the right product.We stopped there the next morning & picked out the bikes we wanted at better prices than we had found anywhere else (mostly due to a lack of inflated add-on charges & fees). While waiting for service guys to do a once over & fill the bikes with fuel, I spoke to the parts guys, who seemed honest, knowledgeable, & eager to answer any questions I had. I will make them my first call & first stop from now on.

I just wanted to relay my excellent experience with the dealership recently. My family was at the L-Cross facility for a Florida Hare Scramble on June 4-5th weekend. We have had a Honda Eu2000 generator for almost 2 decades. It has been an amazing product for us. WE recently bought an enclosed trailer for our racing and it has an air conditioner. The single Eu2000 would not run the unit by itself. Temperatures were in the mid to high 90's that day. My wife was with me and my son this day and we were all sweltering by 10 AM. We were camping out with cots in the trailer....so it was going to be a long night without some relief. I searched on the internet for the closest Honda dealership with the thoughts to purchase another Eu2000 and link them with the parallel cables. I also needed to get water in our 35 gallon water container to keep our equipment clean after the racing was done. I left the track at about noon and my son's race was to leave the line at 2pm. I arrived at the dealership on the other side of Okeechobee. They were fairly busy. There were customers with both the sales and finance folks already ahead of me. The parts counter worker promptly asked if there was anything he could do. I explained my wishes and that I needed to get it all done asap. He went back to talk with everyone and gave them the timeline things needed to happen. Without a moment's hesitation, the new unit was unpackaged and given to one of the service fellas, the parallel cables located, a bill of sale and all the other necessary work was completed. AS I was giving my credit card information, I noticed an uneaten lunch (sandwich) on the desk of the sales lady. To top it off, I asked if they knew where in town I could get water for my tank....They said "YUP, pull right over here!" And that was that...I left to make my way back to my pits....water full, newly purchased/serviced generator and still had time to get more ICE and fuel well before the 2 pm race start. Excellence!Service like this is, sadly, a rarity these days. ARS powersports earned my respect and business that day. You can be certain I will spread this story to my fellow racers as we bench-race and in the coming years as we complete for more FTR championships. We visit that area at least twice a year during our racing season. Thank you ARS. See you next time.

I purchase a 2012 Kawasaki Concours 14 ABS here and the sale was open, honest and very customer friendly. Since I bought, it my service experience has been the same as the purchase. The customer focused staff asks questions and makes suggestions and then let you decide. These are motorcycle loving folks and they feel just like that about their customers. Being from Fort Pierce, I had the option between ARS and Florida Sports for servicing on my Suzuki. Florida Sports was trying to charge double the price of ARS for a simple tire change ($100 labor per tire!! and I was supplying the tires). I went to ARS instead and got great service. They finished faster than they originally quoted, so I was out the door faster and cheaper than I thought! Will be coming back here for any of my servicing needs!

The guys and gals working at ARS Powersports from the mechanics to the sales and financing guys are terrific! Everyone was extremely helpful and go out of their way to accommodate their customers.
Heck the financing guy even lent me his hunting light for a weekend The service manager gave me expert advice on what, and what not, to add accessories. He was not driven by making a sale, he was driven by looking after my interests and protecting my investment. everyone has a smile and is willing to go the extra mile for their customers. My husband and I were in Daytona at Bike Week and decided to ride down to Okeechobee and see my father. As we pulled in to Okeechobee our bike died and would not do anything. I pulled up motorcycle repair shops on my phone and ARS Motorsports was the first one I saw and am very glad I did. We explained our situation and they sent a truck and trailer to haul us back to their shop and immediately set to work to find out what the problem was. I can not say enough about the staff. They not only knew what they were doing but were courteous, considerate, friendly. They offered us water, let us charge our phones gave us a comfortable place to relax while they worked on our bike. One of the things my husband and I really appreciated was that they kept us informed and explained everything they found and what we needed to do to fix. They had us up and running that same afternoon and turned what could have been a horrible way to spend a vacation into a minor blip in the road. Thanks ARS for getting us back on the road.

I had an outstanding experience at ARS Motorsports. I'm in the military and was home on leave visiting family in Lake Placid. i got a flat tire on my 2012 CBR1000 new years day. I called every dealer within 50 miles and NONE of them had a tire in stock for my bike except ARS motorsports. All the other shops said they couldn't even have a tire ordered or have it installed until next week. I towed my bike to ARS and they took the bike in right away and had me back on the road in about 45 minutes. I chatted with the staff while i waited and you could tell they all enjoyed the sport of motorcycling, and were glad to have me in the shop. Without ARS i would have been without a bike and would have missed my return date. Joe and his team at ARS Motorsports truly understand what customer service and professionalism is about. Their prices are some of the fairest i've come across, and I felt confident spending my money with them.

LAST WEEK I HAD A FLAT TIRE ON MY HARLEY AND WAS 50 MILES FROM HOME. I CALLED JOE FROM THE SERVICE DEPT AND LUCKILY HE HAD AN INNER TUBE FOR MY H.D. IN STOCK. I WAS ABLE TO LIMP INTO THE SHOP WHERE JOE QUICKLY JUMPED ON THE JOB. I WAS BACK ON THE ROAD WITHIN 45 MINUTES! THANKS JOE AND ARS FOR EXCELLENT SERVICE AND A JOB WELL DONE!

I was saying how Joe showed me how to installed amber lens in my helmet. I was able to use it tonight at dark . It really helped me with oncoming traffic and to be able to see clear at night thanks Joe and everybody else at ARS in Okeechobee

I am a Honda man have been all my life (age 62) But I wanted to try a Suzki. A friend had one and I liked it. I have been very happy with it.The only thing iI would change is the tailpipe. I like the single pipe more room for larger saddlebags. But that is just me. l am every happy with the way it looks and all the great comments I get.I bought a helmet it does everything but wash the bike.it came with a green lens and I wanted an amber lens . when it came in I wasn't sure how to install it. it was not the face shield it's a lens inside the helmet.Joe took the time to show me how to install it without tearing the whole helmet apart lol. and even showed me online how to look it up.I also bought a tireand had it instaled .I am happy with the service on getting out my new bike. and I would like to say I've been buying parts for my Honda for years from them. Since it is about a hour and a half job, the guy at the parts counter recommended a wonderful restaurant to go and have lunch at. When I returned they not only accommodated my request but they offered advice on setting up my suspension to fit my specific needs. They also took time to ensure the job was done to my satisfaction and made sure I was happy before I walked out the door. They treated me with respect and as more than just a customer. All of the staff were polite, friendly and even offered to find appropriate seating for my 88 year old grandmother and 93 year old grandfather while we waited in the show room. Not once was I pressured to look at a new bike or purchase accessories or services that I didn't want or need. Definitely a satisfied customer! Jason Nicholson"

"Ok... how do I say this... What a great place! Living on the west coast of Florida the onslaught of 'screw the customer' bike businesses puts a hurt on the enjoyment of "riding in the sun!" A friend and prior customer of ARS, from Fort Myers, spoke highly of his experience a couple of years ago. Having lived about 5 years in Glades-Hendry Counties nearly 10 years ago, I knew 'good people' live and work in the heartland of Florida. I knew what I wanted and went internet shopping for what I wanted.... a Harley. ARS, not a Harley shop, had one! May-Lynn was incredible to work with. She was easier on me than I was!!! Late on a Friday, May-Lynn and Deb stayed late to be sure I was happy. Truly it was one stop shop experience! New tags and a tank of gas too! May-Lynn went to bat for me to add some items to the purchase that I would have to come back for. Two weeks later, on a Friday, I went the 99.9 miles from my house to their door for the accessories. They not only did a great job installing the accessories, they really checked things out and addressed some adjustments, as Joe put it, "its about the experience and the relationship." Joe runs the service show! He is a piece of work that puts a smile on everybody's face... kids, adults, farmers, rednecks, business people, you name it came in while I was there. Watching him work while I waited was better than any TV show!! Deb is the master of ceremonies at ARS. She deals with the money! She is good at it and honest! I never got that feeling that I was getting screwed even after I got home and reviewed the paperwork. She even gave me $5 back!!!! I figured out why she is so good at her job, she lights up like a sparkler at the end of the day when she gets to ride the bikes inside for the night! She gets paid to ride!!! What a dream job!!! I know this sounds 'put up' but it is not. Yes, it is worth the 99.9 mile ride to Okeechobee from the West Coast. Doug Fowler "

" I have always received excellent service/help from the parts department and yet they even did more. This past summer I was up north and had starting problems with my motorcycle. When I went to a local dealer and a repair shop for helpful information, I was told NO help. Both shops would not talk at all about helping me find, locate or understand my electrical problem, they just wanted me to bring in the cycle to their service department. At the time, the service department was very busy and the wait time was 2 or 3 weeks before they would look at my cycle. I then called the ARS parts department and they solved my problem over the phone in 15 minutes. They made my summer. Thank you!"

"First, I would like to say thank you to ARS for the great slae and service we recieved a few years ago when we purchased a sportbike. Since then ARS has set the standard for purchasing a motorcycle. The reason for this testomonial is myself and four friends went on a ride from Orlando to Lake Okeechobee. After seeing the oversized pond we headed bak to Orlando. About 30 miles north of ARS one of the bikes broke down. We were fortunate enough to have a Good Samaritan stopped and we loaded the bike on the back of his trailer. We called ARS and Joe answered. We explained that we had a bike that had broken down and aksed if we could bring it there. He explained that they were closing in seven minutes but if we were on our way he would stay and wait for us. We arrived and he was standing by to assist us in unloading the bike. He assured us that the bike would be safe and we could call on Tuesday. He gave us the option to get the bike fixed or just come pick it up. Not once did he talk about charging us for the service he rendered. That is exceptional and unheard of in this day and age. In closing, I would like to say thanks to ARS and a special thanks to Joe for your assistance, kindness and your professional service. Hope to see you in the near future when it's time to purchase anther bike."

"I recently purchased a 94 Honda Shadow that had been sitting for years in Ft. Myers. Carbs were totally screwed up and the bike would struggle to make 50 mph full throttle. While I had to wait a little longer and it cost more than I expected (I wanted it yesterday and free) they got this bike up and running fantastic. I am getting ready to take a 1000 mile round trip on it and have extremely high confidence in it. Just remember, quality takes time and is not cheap. I HIGHLY recommend the service and parts dept. Treat them with the professionalism and respect they deserve and you will be very satisfied. No experience with sales but you can bet they will be the first place I try if/when I hit the lottery."
